A “mock-up” rendering with your graphics will not be provided. Please ask your Account Director regarding the cost of new rendering or hard proof. **Color:** Printing is done CMYK. RGB file colors may vary in result. If color matching is critical, a hard proof must be requested, which will delay production. Files without indication of Pantone colors or requested hard copy proofs are NOT guaranteed for colors. **Service & Fees:** Design time will be charged if files need to be fixed or adjusted to meet guidelines. When sending files, please be sure to include all supporting artwork/images & layer Photoshop files for color matches.
