File Setup:
Accepted Format: Photoshop • Illustrator CS6 • Acrobat XI or below
Corel, Quark or InDesign files are NOT accepted
Large Size:
Recommended 150 dpi at full size - add 2” bleed min. on all four sides
Poster size:
Recommended 300 dpi at full size - add 1” bleed min. on all four sides.
Do NOT add trim / crop / print registration marks
Submission Checklist:
• 3D & vinyl cut logos must have key/path line
• Required bleed 2” for large, 1” for small
• Fonts & strokes outlined
• Embed image links
• Notate scale if any
• Number files per graphic frame views
• Check visibility around counter, monitor, door or product display

Fabric graphic over 120” will have a seam Sintra panels have 3/16 gap
Proof Mock-up
We will provide low resolution email PDF or JPG proofs for approval before printing. A “mock-up” rendering with your graphics will not be provided. Please ask your Account Director regarding the cost of new rendering or hard proof.
Color:
Printing is done CMYK. RGB file colors may vary in result. If color matching is critical, a hard proof must be requested, which will delay production. Files without indication of Pantone colors or requested hard copy proofs are NOT guaranteed for colors.
Service & Fees:
Design time will be charged if files need to be fixed or adjusted to meet guidelines. When sending files, please be sure to include all supporting artwork/images & layer Photoshop files for color matches. We recommend that you export the file as EPS or PDF at proper resolution beforehand to ensure quality & accuracy.
